Overview: The structure of the mechanical three roll symmetrical plate rolling machine is a three roll symmetrical type. The upper roll moves vertically up and down through a bevel gear transmission at the symmetrical position between the two lower rolls. The final gear of the main reducer drives the two lower roll gears to mesh and rotate, providing torque for the rolled plate. A plastic metal plate with a flat specification is rolled into the required circular tube, cone tube, or a part thereof by passing through the three working rollers (two lower rollers and one upper roller) of a plate rolling machine, using the downward pressure of the upper roller and the rotational motion of the lower roller to continuously bend the metal plate through multiple passes, resulting in permanent plastic deformation. The disadvantage of mechanical three roll plate rolling machine is that the end of the plate needs to be pre bent with the help of other equipment.
